Our cuisine, our pride

Our restaurant is well-known for its excellent cuisine, offering typical Tuscan and Romagna dishes, prepared by our expert Chef Giuliano.


Among our first courses, we must mention Mrs. Patrizia and her mother’s fresh homemade pasta, as well as the potato tortelli with meat ragù, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and our tasty lasagna.


Among our second courses, you will of course find Florentine steak, cut into thick slices and rigorously blood-red, as well as steak slices with arugula and grana cheese, Filet and many other dishes!
Naturally, the best way of delighting your palate is to accompany your meal with a good wine: enjoy a Chianti or an excellent Sangiovese del Rubicone in a warm, courteous and professional atmosphere.


The Europa Hotel restaurant offers its guests a rich breakfast buffet, 2 ever-different daily menus to choose between, and a vegetable and starters buffet both at lunch and at dinnertime
